Elliot has been a full-time Realtor since 2003, but you could say real estate runs in his blood. Born and raised in Howard County, Elliot was raised in a thriving Realtor household, and his grandfather owned and operated a Maryland real estate appraisal company. Elliot’s professionalism draws from prior experience in the mortgage, title, and technology industries, and he applies this knowledge of project management, marketing, advertising, public relations, sales, web development, and local market knowledge to help his clients stay ahead of the competition. Susan Andersen has been a full-time residential Realtor® since 1981. Susan found real estate a perfect fit when she became intrigued by the real estate process after a number of successful property investments, and found her professional background in electrical engineering, specialized sales, and child care management indispensable, Susan passionately strives to assist her family, friends, and community, and he r local knowledge is focused in Central Maryland, including Howard County, Prince George’s County, Baltimore County, Montgomery County, and Carroll County. A Relocation Specialist and Certified Stager, Susan specializes in investment properties, estate sales, first-time homebuyers, foreclosures, short sales, and traditional home sales. Susan was born and raised in Denmark before moving to the United States with her husband and daughter in 1979. A Howard County resident since 1979, Susan calls Columbia’s Kendall Ridge Subdivision of Long Reach Village her home. When Susan is not selling real estate and managing her investment portfolio and rehab projects, she enjoys traveling, non-fiction film and literature, collecting Danish furniture and contemporary art, and spending time with her husband, daughter, family and friends.
